Once your order is shipped we will send you the track and trace details regarding your order. Orders placed on New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the next business dayIf we can not fulfill your order within the specified time we will be in contact regarding an updated delivery time.

All the products are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), GST is inclusive of price shown shipping price is a flat rate of $10 (unless you spend over $150, in which case shipping is free).

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
- Standard shipping for New Zealand 3-4 business days.
- Rural shipping for New Zealand 3-5 business days

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item should still be in original packaging and still in new condition.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
