Shipping Policy

Within Main Land New Zealand Standard Shipping is $10 on all orders under $150. Any orders above $150 qualify for FREE shipping.
All orders below $200 are shipped as standard with AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.

For peace of mind all orders over $200 will have SIGNATURE REQUIRED when shipped.​

Allow 3-4 business days for flat rate shipping (Rural address allow extra 3 days)

*Extra Shipping costs apply to items being delivered to Islands off the New Zealand main land and will be calculated once order has been placed.

All orders are couriered by Post Haste Couriers. After you place an order we usually pack and dispatch your order the same day (Monday to Friday).​

Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday morning it takes between 1-3 business days to arrive (depending on contents, services used and time of the week).

Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched the next available business day.​

All Packages are track and traced and a confirmation email and txt message will be sent once the package is on its way. (If you haven't received a tracking email it could be hiding in your junk mail folder)​

Our delivery partner only delivers to Residential or business addresses.

We can not deliver to PO Boxes​

You will receive an email alert once the order is ready to be collected, please be aware this is a residential addressand your order will be available to collect from the front door.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Sometimes what you have ordered just won't work for what you had in mind or maybe it just doesn't fit.​In those circumstances, we accept returns on all unused equipment or accessories, within 30 days of the date of delivery. You can simply send it back to us in it's original, unused condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement that suits your needs or with store credit or refund.

​After you have organized shipping for the package to come back to us, we will inspect the returned gear.   If the items have been returned in unused, as new condition, we will then swap out the gear for the alternate size or style, issue you a store credit or refund you the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping or any adjustments.​- Any payment adjustment will need to be paid in full prior to dispatch of the revised order- swapping for example a more expensive item.​- Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping.- Refunds will be made to your nominated bank account: we do not keep your card information on file.​

All items must be shipped back to us in the original packaging as originally packed.  If we need to replace the packaging to re-sell the item, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the original credit.​- All return items must have suitable packaging that will keep them from being damaged while in transit.  If the item is damaged in transit or arrives at the warehouse not in "as new" condition, a full refund cannot be issued.​- When the item is properly packaged and ready for transit, you must fix our return address and contact details to the item's secure packaging.​- You will be responsible for the item during transit.  It would be best to use a courier company  that can register the item for you and provide tracking information.​- Keep in mind you are responsible for any cost associated with shipping on returns or exchanges, both to and from the warehouse.​- You can simply put a self addressed bag in with the item you are sending back to us.
